| Non-plasticised PVC, "stiff" PVC. All PVC is heat stabilised to counter thermo-oxidative degradation. PVC is partly crystalline, with a good mix of properties, dimensional stability, good electrical properties, good stiffness and flexibility, chemical stability and weatherability. It is scratch and notch sensitive and has limited service temperature, continuously only 60 C. Chlorine content is 57% which gives an inherent flame protection. |
